Seven stops, no coding. Follow the line from downloading the Launcher to members paying each other at your own web address. Stops 5 and 6 are optional: take them when you want your network online around the clock.

  1. Stop 1 · Get the tools

    Download the Launcher

    The Launcher is a small program that runs on your own computer and opens in your web browser. It's where you create and manage your network.

    On Windows
    1. Unzip the download.
    2. Double-click Start Fitochain Launcher.bat.
    3. If Node.js isn't on your computer yet, the Launcher installs it for you. Click Yes if Windows asks.
    On a Mac
    1. Install the LTS version of Node.js from nodejs.org.
    2. Unzip the download.
    3. Double-click Start Fitochain Launcher.command. The first time, right-click it and choose Open.

    The Launcher opens in your browser on its own. Keep its window open while you use it.

  2. Stop 2 · About a minute

    Create your network

    Start by picking what kind of money you're making:

    • Rewards points
    • Store credit & gift cards
    • Event tokens
    • Community coin
    • Custom

    Then fill in the basics:

    • Name and unit: what your network and its money are called, like "Main Street Rewards" and "Beans".
    • Maximum supply: the most that can ever exist.
    • Owner fee (optional): a small cut of each payment that goes to you, up to 5%.
    • Sign-up faucet (optional): a link that gives new members a few free units to get started.
    • Where it runs: on your own computer (self-hosted) or on Fitochain Cloud.

    Click Create. Your network runs free for 30 days.

    Back up your network folder. Your master key is created on your computer and never leaves it. Copy the network folder somewhere safe; a USB stick is fine. If it's lost, Fito Technology can never recover it for you.

    Claim your founder price

    A launch license keeps your network running with no time limit. The first founders get the lowest price, and it goes up as spots fill.

    It's a one-time price for that network, not a subscription. And the price shown when you request is the price you pay, even if the next tier opens before we reply.

  4. Stop 4 · Thirty seconds

    Paste your license code

    We email you a license code made for your network. To use it:

    1. Open the Launcher and find Your networks.
    2. Click I have a license code.
    3. Paste the code.

    That's it. Your network is licensed and keeps every member, balance and payment. Nothing is lost.

    Go always-on with Fitochain Cloud

    Self-hosted networks are online while your computer is on. Fitochain Cloud keeps your network online 24/7, even when your computer is off, with its own public page.

    1. Open your network folder and find network.json. It holds no secrets, so it's safe to send.
    2. Fill in the request form and choose Fitochain Cloud. We'll reply by email and ask for the file.

    Never send identity.json or anything in the issuer folder. Those hold your keys. We will never ask for them.

    Connect your own web address

    Give your network a home on your own domain, like pay.yourshop.com or coin.yourshop.com. You do this once, at the company where you bought your domain (Porkbun, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and so on). Look for "DNS" or "DNS records" and add a new record:

    "Host" is just the part before your domain. For coin.yourshop.com it would be coin.

    Using Cloudflare? Set the record to DNS only (the grey cloud, not orange). Changes can take a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, to reach everyone.

    Type the address you set up and we'll see where it points.

    Once it's connected, tell us the address in your Cloud request and we'll switch it on. Then:

    • Your network's public page (balances, payments and the proof behind each one) opens at https://pay.yourshop.com.
    • The padlock (HTTPS) is set up for you automatically, for free.
    • Members' apps connect at wss://pay.yourshop.com/ws.
  7. Stop 7 · Your people

    Invite your members

    1. Members open wallet.fitochain.com on their phone.
    2. They choose your network.
    3. They add it to their home screen, so it opens like an app.

    Each member's key is made on their own phone and stays there. Nobody else, not you and not us, can spend their Fito.

    To get people started, share:

    • Your faucet link (if you turned it on)
    • Your @name
    • QR codes for paying

  • Every node checks every record.
  • Nobody, including Fito Technology, can move or freeze anyone's balance, and nobody can create more than your network's public maximum.
  • You set your network's rules, and you're its issuer.

For now, every Fitochain network is a test network: its Fito are test credits with no cash value.
